Linguistics die easily
Messy, chaotic storm. Also known as Intravenous Agnostic.
Lyrics? Don’t even try to make any sense of them. I’m sure there must be some meaning to them but if Wire admitted he just strung random sentences together, I wouldn’t be surprised. Or oppose, because I quite like the lyrics in their insanity. The music’s basically Found That Soul on speed – fast, furious, aggressive, constantly vibrating pile of guitar noise. And Wire backing vocals. And some more furious rock power.
Intravenous Agnostic is a fast, storming lightning bolt that strikes insanely fast, tosses everything into chaos and leaves as fast as it came. And I love it. It’s like its parent album’s schizophrenic disorder put into a song.
Surprisingly enough, it also ended up getting an acoustic solo version by James. It works just as weirdly as one might assume.
